Xenia Bowlby is the daughter-in-law of John Bowlby, whose research has contributed so much to the understanding of complex personalities. She supports her husband Richard to continue the work and has been active in the development of the Paracelsus Trust.

Deborah Briggs is Chairperson of the Paracelsus Trust. She has worked as a therapist for a decade and specializes in trauma and sexual abuse. Her training is integrative, including relational, sensorimotor and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
