In the recovery circles, it is often suggested to do 90 meetings in 90 days.The more time we allow ourselves to get a hold of recovery, the longer it will last.This meditation book is meant to be suggestive only.By doing 90 meditations in 90 days, the habit of meditating which is to ponder on thoughts that are either in tune with yours or to think about things differently.These meditations are an accumulation of my meditations before, during and while in recovery. You could also say this is some of my experience, strength and hope.I can share the experience because I am writing to say that I have survived and continue to survive. I can share my strength because I continue to be strengthened in recovery daily. I can share my hope because that too is a daily gift I am receiving from my recovery.There will be three more volumes after this, giving the reader a full-year of meditations.It is my hope that you will have much relief along the way and to see that you are never alone. Whatever your thoughts, there are those among us that share them too.Peace be to you this journey.
