My most successful self-journaling adventure included a combination of all of these, practiced daily, and helped me to make these things a habit. This is a detailed, twice-a-day journal, with 3 pages dedicated to every day! At the beginning of every 30 days you will map out your month – track appointments, meetings, and any other events important to your recovery. Then daily, starting In the morning, you will map out your goals for the day, give yourself some inspiration and remind yourself of things you’re grateful for. Then you will check back in after your day is finished to answer some accountability questions and write some thoughts down about your day. Every 30 days we do a check-in and reflection as well.
