Review
Step 11, as revealed in the subject matter in the chapters of this book, was a life transforming experience. From my perspective, recovery literature has few examples or guides on this pivotal step. Until now. I would highly recommend this book and the experience you will hopefully receive will be transformational. --Glenn T.
The methods Tom R. teaches are tried and true. I urge you to take the techniques discussed in this book and make them your own and make them the centerpiece of your 12-step work. Learning how to have a relationship with God is the greatest gift I have received in my life and it took my own experience with the 12-step work to a deeper level than I could have imagined. Doing the daily exercises in this book is how I got it. --Jessi R.
I've been sober 18 years, and this is the first time I ve ever meditated consistently. Sleeping better, smiling and laughing more, have less worries, and things seem to be unfolding in such synchronistic ways. I'll keep coming back. --Alice C.
