This book was important for me to write because I personally struggled with all of the health issues discussed. My health transformation over the the first two years of my sobriety helped me in so many ways. I was able to repair all of the damage that was inflicted on my body from years of addiction. And my attitude became increasingly positive the longer I stayed sober. I want to share with anyone who is in recovery my own experience so that they can benefit from what I learned.
