According to results of a prospective clinical study on measuring the level of suffering in the end of life by developed by us Mini Suffering State Examination scale (MSSE), we defined a new clinical and pathological entity, i.e. Aminoff Suffering Syndrome. According to the MSSE scale 63.4 % of advanced Alzheimer's disease patients died in Aminoff Suffering Syndrome.
