About the Author

Kezia Vida began studying dreams in 2009 after receiving her degree in philosophy from Yale University. This set off a now decade long love affair with dreams that has included studying with a variety of dream teachers, producing three dream-focused festivals, and facilitating workshops and numerous one on one clients. She practices Natural Dreamwork and is thrilled to offer this unique journal as a gateway tool for anyone seeking deeper relationship with their dreams.

Kezia lives between New Orleans and rural MS, where she runs a nature center called All You Need Institute with her partner Jordan.
