About the Author

Pamela Zimmer is a Stay-at-Home Mom, bestselling author & speaker, dedicated to bringing awareness to and supporting women with Postpartum Depression. She has two beautiful boys, Zackery and Brayden, and a loving husband, Will. As with most women, there is more to Pamela than just being a Mom. She was an Architect by profession and after more than thirteen years of working in the industry, seven of which she ran her own successful business, Pamela took a leap of faith to follow her heart. She had always wanted to have a successful career, but she couldn’t ignore her true passion and life purpose of being a Stay-at-Home Mom. Just before her second son was born, Pamela quit her career for Motherhood. The decision was one of the hardest she had ever had to make, but it was also one of the most rewarding. Being able to stay home and care for her children was what she wanted more than anything. What Pamela didn’t anticipate was the struggle she encountered with Postpartum Depression.
