All these thoughts make me worry. My stomach and head hurt. My Viking brain is at it again. It is over protecting me. The amygdala warns me of danger that might not ever happen.

Being a Viking isn’t bad. In fact, it is amazing. I am compassionate, adventurous, passionate and extra creative. I think out of the box.
