In his lucid and straight forward writing style, Dr.Brennan blends the wisdom of both Eastern and Western thought to set forth his vision of the richness of Human Nature and the fuller potential of human beings. The essence of these potentials is such that the more one becomes aware of them, examines them, and develops them through conscious discipline, the more powerful they become.
