About the Author
Anne Speckhard, Ph.D. is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Georgetown
University Medical School. Dr. Speckhard has provided expert forensic testimony for U.S. State Attorney Generals, to U.S. Congress and in various legal proceedings. She has served on the defense team for high profile cases including that of Lorena Bobbit. Dr. Speckhard lectures on the topics of crime and terrorism, posttraumatic stress and dissociative disorders worldwide.
