About the Author
Melissa Khalil is a Lebanese doctor who recently graduated with an MD degree. At the age of fifteen, she encountered Jesus and received a prophetic word confirming her childhood dream of becoming a doctor. During medical school, Melissa experienced burnout and realized that there must be more to medicine than what is taught and practiced. Her only goal is to become more like Jesus in every aspect of life. Melissa currently works as a postdoctoral fellow at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. She is ready to start her residency training, aiming to become a cardiologist.
