Reading it feels like a wise, loving friend is speaking directly to you. Packed with intimate stories from the author’s psychotherapy practice and life, it’s written in such a friendly, easy-to-read style that even the theory and neuroscience behind why this tool is so effective is easy to understand. It is multi-media rich with video meditations, downloadable summaries and checklists that support your process. It has guidelines to create a group to read the book together and for bringing this concept into your community. And the option to work directly with Eilat in groups or privately.
Society says you need to be a certain way. This trains you to stop listening to your own Truth and instead listen to what society, your family and the media says you should do with your life.
You often override the little voice inside you that tells you which way is best to go or which is the best choice for you in a given moment. When you override or turn away from your inner wisdom like that, it leads to unhappy situations, circumstances and relationships.
You will learn to ask yourself one simple question. The simplicity of this question will return to you the wisest and best answer that comes from within you. This answer will never fail you.
No matter how bad things are for you, using this simple process can help you quickly transform your life. Eilat is a clinical psychologist who has helped clients for over 23 years. Even her toughest clients who have struggled for years with debilitating conditions were finally able to breakthrough to healing once they started using this method and listening to their own Truth.
You are moments away from starting to read this book. Before you know it, you'll start asking the key question and getting the exact answers you need to make great decisions that feel good to you. You’ll know the method within the first 5 pages and by chapter 3, you will be able to use this easy-to-apply technique.
You have nothing to lose by starting this process except all the negative crap that you no longer want in your life. You may gain a real connection to your true self who will never let you down. Listening to your Truth is loving yourself.

Review
"This book is perhaps the best, most clear, concise, well organized and deeply thought out book on the subject of self-love that I've read in over twenty-five years in the personal and spiritual development field. Eilat Aviram has mastered the art of self-loving in the treatment room and shares her stories, advice, wisdom, and ideas in this gem of a book. It is an excellent handbook for living that I would recommend to my clients and friends who want to make their lives better in all areas of it."

"I love this book more than I have words for. It is so important and so beautifully articulated, and I am SO thrilled someone in the world has said these things out loud so that other people in the world (like me) can heal themselves. You're a gifted writer and communicator. I'm so thrilled for you, and for me that gets to read it and learn some super important and life-changing things."
Susan Hayden, Blogger and Writer "This book has changed my life. This is a big statement to make, but the premise of it; that question- if you loved yourself what would you do now? - is something I apply to my life daily, sometimes more than once. It can be about whether to pursue a friendship that makes you feel iffy or whether to have another helping of pasta. Every day we make decisions from a place of disjointedness and separation from our higher truth. This book helps guide us towards ourselves, and ultimately live more happily in our skins. It's crazy simple and astonishingly effective. I want everyone I love to read it."Nicola Rijsdijk, Editor "This is not just a book that you will read once and leave on your bookshelf along withall your other self-help titles. It is a tool that you will refer to over and over, as it takesyou on a transformation towards your truth and authenticity. It feels as if your ownpersonal therapist or life coach is walking alongside you, anticipating each step of thisnew practice. Eilat transfers her years of knowledge and wisdom over to thereader in bite size chapters with links to meditations, summaries and exercises tocement this new learning. If you are ready to meet your most authentic self, this bookwill indeed be your ultimate guide." Nas Sydow, Founder of Forever Playful
"Thank you for writing this book. I was not only moved by the exercises and content, but also challenged in the most gentle loving way. And the ripple of the book has continued even when I stopped reading. I have just finished reading the money chapter. I'm on the plane, I am sitting here above the clouds as the sun sets and the final line, 'If I loved myself, how would I create the feeling of wealth for myself in this moment?' has me in tears of wealthy gratitude. You have a way of lifting veils, of shifting perspectives, of connecting mind, body and soul. I have found myself more in tune with people since reading the book and the refrain, 'if you loved yourself what would you choose to do now?' rolls off my tongue. It has been gently embedded into my psyche like a refrain in a song. So your book ripples on, long past reading, as I'm sure is your intention."

From the Author
Author interview.
Hi. I'm a clinical psychologist, hypnotherapist, energy-healing teacher and blogger. In my 23 years of working with people I've found that the single most problematic thing people do, that lands them in a whole heap of trouble, is that they DON'T LISTEN TO THEMSELVES.
It's so strange that we do that because we each know deep within ourselves what feels right to us and yet we override that knowing constantly. Then we end up depressed, anxious, unhappy in our jobs and relationships, distressed in our parenting, addicted to various things...
When people come to therapy our task is usually to simply look back and find where they overrode their Truth and help them start to live according to their own inner knowing. It works so quickly people sometimes can't believe it. One client recently looked up at me in our sixth session with huge eyes and a worried expression and asked,"This isn't a dream is it? This is actually happening to me?" I had to reassure him that yes, now that he had started following his Truth his life really was rapidly improving. That's why I wrote this book. So more people can learn to do this.
The name of my book is IF YOU LOVED YOURSELF, WHAT WOULD YOU DO NOW? which is the question we need to ask ourselves to find our own Truth. In it I teach a simple and powerful way to make sure that you start to make choices that will lead you to what you seek.
I'm a parent and have a full-time practice which includes seeing clients, teaching courses and running groups. Much of this book was written in the quiet early morning hours when I could just enjoy letting this information stream through me onto the page. I absolutely LOVE the writing process. It energizes and delights me. I believe that if we do what we love, the way we love to do it, others will also be energized and inspired by what we create in the world. Loving yourself is the least selfish thing you could ever do! Read this book.
