More so, compliment their effort by motivating them accordingly. Leaders are not perfect. There are bound to be flaws but it is important to invest in personal development as a leader.Great leaders must commit their time into whatever they do. Maintain a standard and command that followers abide by the standard. Incompetence should not be tolerated by a great leader. In areas where followers are lacking, it is pertinent that the leader serves as a coach. Great leaders learn to instill the right behavior in themselves. To be a great leader, persistence, consistence and sacrifice is required.All these qualities make a leader successful and great.
