We seem to be becoming sicker both physically and mentally. My current book, The Optimal Dose: Restore Your Health With The Power of Vitamin D3 is the first of what I hope are several books on health-related subjects that will improve your health.
Unfortunately, I believe there is a great deal of misunderstanding concerning such subjects as our physical and mental health. As they are tied together clarity is critical to maintain our health in our current environment with so many challenges to both our physical and mental health.
For instance, there are every where you look, books on how to change your diet from keto to fasting to improve your health. Though these are great they are only part of the solution and if not something that is easily sustainable then not realistic. Basically, a fad.
We are all busy and if new information is not something we can easily and seamlessly incorporate into our everyday super busy life and continue to do so for the rest of our lives, then it might as well never have existed. I know I have found some great new specialdiet to only find after a few weeks or months it is too much to maintain so I a stopped it.
My goal and desire are to produce books that give the reader all the information they need in as few words as possible but adequate to assure all the facts they need to make a wise decision. That what I recommend is something they can easily and safely do for the rest of their lives.

About the Author
A seventh generation Texan who believes he continues his familiespioneering ways. A lifelong athlete who was injured in a bicycle accidentrendering him paraplegic and wheelchair bound in 1990. Who despite this andwith the help of all those at the University of Massachusetts medical centerespecially those in the anesthesia department at was able to complete hisanesthesia training.
Who has been a staunch patient advocate. Believing thatthere must be a better way as our body, designed by God was suffering from theabsence of something that if replete would improve our health. Curiously muchof the research on one such substance, vitamin D3, is decades old, yet up untilrecently has been mostly ignored.
Because of this he believes most people suffer fromsuboptimal blood levels of vitamin D3. This is from sun avoidance, sun screen andfear of one "fat soluble" vitamin, vitamin D3 has led to what hecalls the "Winter Syndrome" which is essentially most of the diseasesof the 21st century.
