After a decade-long struggle with mental distress, addiction, eating disorders, and profound self-hatred, Vironika Tugaleva faced a choice: change or die. Reluctantly, she chose to change. Nothing could have prepared her for what came next. Vironika’s life as a suffering cynic ended when she found herself having a spiritual awakening. Drawing from first-hand experience, what Vironika says in this important and timely book isn’t fanciful fluff or indoctrinating dogma. Her approach to healing, love, and spirituality is unconventional, deep, and refreshingly real. Winner of the Readers' Favorite silver medal for best self-help book of 2013, The Love Mindset offers a surprisingly simple look at how we can heal our relationships with ourselves and with each other. If you feel like you’re too broken to fix, hold out your last shred of hope and give Vironika a try. She won’t disappoint you. She will teach you about the power of love, the purpose of life, and the potential of people united. She will show you to yourself.

From the Author
This book was written in a time of epiphany - a time when I was struggling to understand why all the strands of suffering that had trapped me for a lifetime were, suddenly, coming undone. Since writing this book, I have re-read it almost 100 times. Since writing of this book, I have healed and changed more than I thought possible.
I do not think it is a coincidence that many of the reviewers say they've re-read the material, earmarked the pages, and highlighted their favourite parts. I have too. While the chapters are easily readable in a day or two, the lessons within will return to you for years to come.
I know, personally, how helpful this book can be if read over and over. I would encourage that for all its readers. Read it, engage with it, bring it to your life. After all, this is a book about you - and you're always here, in every moment.
As one reviewer said, "This isn't just something nice to read when you have time. This book is a must."
I do not share this with you out of ego, though I know it will look that way to some. I don't know if I believe that I am truly responsible for this book. I am only responsible for bringing it here. The lessons within are eternal and your deepest wisdom can be the judge.
I wrote this book to make the world a better place, one peaceful mind at a time. I hope one of those minds is yours. Each healed mind is another bright, shining light in the future of humanity. Don't give up on yourself. Keep on walking. Keep on reading. Keep on shining. You matter.
Love,
Vironika Tugaleva
