Do you ever feel as if you’re being swept along by emotions, struggling helplessly against torrents of anger, shame, or stress? According to Dr. Erin Olivo, stress and the related problems it causes all stem from distressing emotions. But when you’re able to get a handle on your emotions, then you can get a handle on your problems.

"When you’re living in balance between your emotions and logic, you’re experiencing Wise Mind Living," explains Dr. Olivo.
